I sent a customer repair for a warranty claim to Samsung's New service plaza having had nothing but trouble with phonetech in Nunnawadding sending all my repairs to the wrong place. My first repair sent to the plaza in Vermont was fine. They sent it back fixed and freight free as per Samsungs clause 5 in their terms of warranty. It all went pair shaped when I sent a second repair and was phones when it was ready to say I would have to pick it up or pay to have it returned.
