My Name is Manda, I am deaf and require subtitles on dvds to be able to watch it. My favorite dvds is LAW & ORDER SVU.. However they dont have subtitles on ANY of the dvds which i am extremely angry about. Deaf people are clearly disadvantaged and not equal on this case. The DVDS SHOULD HAVE ENGLISH SUBTITLES ( which is my language) AND BASIC/ COMMON LANGUAGES SUBTITLES. I want to buy law and order dvds asap with ENGLISH SUBTITLES.
