I ordered a 14-day trial of this product. The trial was supposed to be very cheap, and then if I didn't return it I would be sent a 90 day supply that I would be billed for, every 90 days. The offer said that it also came with 2 other "offers", which I could call and cancel if I didn't want. I was told that those "companion offers" would be billed to my card as 'VHACCESS' and 'HEALTHMEMBER'. I called and cancelled them, but then was twice charged under the name EZYKIT.
