Normal GM hours charge posted in bulletine 05068 in september 2005 states labour charges of .8 + .1 hour to service this recall. When the same work was performed at the about dealer ship was charged 2.5 hour at rate of 109/ hour. Called the dealership service manager and he said they are allowed to charge whatever they feel time. Did not offer any refund. This the reason i posted this.
