I had called requesting information to repair my DVD on the Panasonic TV. I was asked how much I would pay for the answer. I agreed with $28. There statement was that I would only be billed when I was satisified with their answer. I agreed, however, no one came on line to tell me anything. I waited for over one and a half hours for contact. I received none. On this months credit card billing, I see where they charged me with $28. So in reality, I got nothing for $28. I think that they should send in a negative charge for $28 to the credit card company. I have been unable to contact them by phone or email. I solicit your help please. Thank You. read full review »
