In trying to fix an issue with my Pioneer Flat Screen TV, I tried FixYa, especially given their money-back guarantee. After explaining my issue, the so called expert replied with very basic suggestions that I had tried. When I pushed for alternate suggestions, their expert said I should consult a TV repair service. In the end I fixed it myself, so on I then requested they cancel my account as they had not performed in my opinion.
