During the time of reservation i was told my ticket is refundable with minimal penalty for cancellation. I trusted and booked my ticket thinking i am getting better price. Now i want to cancel it Yatra says it is non refundable ticket. I lost $1200 for a wrong information give by an agent. I called and emailed serval time to talk to some who can do the right either give my refund of get a ticket for another date with out paying extra, but i was just ignored. Any thing they say over the phone please make sure to have them send email other dont even book it. read full review »
