I want to surrender my two mobile numbers since I had to leave the country urgently on a Sunday when Airtell offices were closed. The executive on phone enquiry informed that you can write a letter and surrender the numbers. My daughter tried to do it by handing over the letters at their service outlets but they refused to accept the letter. How do I stop these two numbers being charged to me.
