I called a cab the other night. The driver was extremely rude. As I got out of the cab I dropped my wallet on the seat. I realized this instantly and tried to flag him back. I called Capital taxi to ask them to send the cab back. I offered to pay for him to come back. They refused. They said that there was nothing they could do for me and to call lost and found in the morning. Then they hung up on me. I tried calling again and they refused to help me at all.
