I am currently a cheque account holder at Nedbank for 2 years. I recently received a final demand for payment of a outstanding loan dating back to 1998. This seems ridiculous to me as i cannot remember ever having a account with your company to qualify for a loan in the first place. How can you as bank expect me to keep prove off payment for ten years or maybe even longer. Why if i did not pay did it take ten years to contact me .
