Acer customer service is the worst. Their support website is terrible. They don't even post release notes on BIOS and driver upgrades; just a warning that they are not responsible if the upgrade breaks your computer. You can't get an answer via e-mail or phone. If you do succeed in contacting a person, they just tell you that they can't find the information you need on the Acer support website! Avoid Acer products or you'll be sorry! read full review »
