I bought this online back in July 2009. I eventually got it to work, then a fault came up saying, in effect, that the system could not work properly because Signature Files are missing. It is impossible to update Identity Patrol because of this fault. I've sent them emails asking for advice but they just ignore you, or send back automated emails saying they'll help but they never do. You would be mad to pay for this crap service! Better go elsewhere and buy something with a rock solid warranty! read full review »
