I have had some operations and bad health and lost my work because of this in June 2009. I submitted all relevant documents to Emirates bank which gave me a ref. number to say that my request has been approved. After three months they have come back to me to say that the Insurance has been declined. They could not explain the ref. number as well as the fact that only after 3 months of constant correspondance between myself and the bank that they could not explain why only now they have come up with this issue again.
