I have been using Cell C for many years now and have now moved over to a contract with them. Much to my disappointment. Every month i have to phone in and speak to their un-trained call centre staff to have my lines activated again. (and this happens after they have confirmed that they have received payment) Then after 2 weeks of usage they cut my lines again. I have the proof of my payments that as gone off by debit order and then they want to tell me that i have not paid.
