I subscribed to the UNION TELECOM 's service in Nov'08 for calling India at 4c/min. In Dec'08 I was started receiving calls everyday about a pending bill of over $15o. After requesting them to send the bill several times I received it. I tally-ied the number of minutes UNIONTELECOM had charged me for against my Telephone bill from my phone line provider and found a huge discrepancy.
