I had made a booking for a return flight through my net banking and the amount of Rs.7687 was charged by the Yatra.com but the tickets were not been delivered saying that the system had some error. but when i checked my state bank account, the money had been transfered to yatra account. i had called them and they said that they will be refunding the money in 3-5 working days, its been 17 days now and they havent returned me the money. when called they say that the senior department is looking into the matter and when insisted to talk they say... read full review »
