I purchased free trial, which by the way cost me $12.90, was not happy with product, rang to see if I could return and was told YES it was within the 30 days. Sent registered post which cost me another $8 by the way. Hadn't heard anything after about two weeks, rang 1800 153 318 and was told it was received and that i would get my refund.
