I took a cool cab (Blue color AC cabs) from Fort to Borivili on 8 Dec 2009. The cool cab driver was deliberately driving slow. We did not understand the reason why. It took us around 2.5 hours to reach andheri via sea link and 3:5 hours. The fare came to Rs.1, 100/-. We took a meru cab in the after from Borivli to Fort. The meru cab driver reached us in 1 hr 45 mins with heavy traffic at sealink. Meru cab charged us only Rs.670/- for the trip.
