I applied for the Wimax internet package being offered by the company. The sales man informed me that there is no way to check if there is service in your area unless you pay and activate your service first. If there is no service I would get a full refund within 2 weeks. This was a lie, all salesmen have login accounts and they are required to make sure that they can provide the service before signing up customers.
