I have been mistreated by these people on the internet. Once I told them I have another quote from another agency, their attitude changed dramatically. I bumped into them on yahoo search, and they have multiple domains. So wherever you search someway or the other you fall into their trap. By publishing many websites they are preventing you from reaching the other travel agents who don't scam and who don't publish websites just for the sake of killing competition.
