We had an account with Moneris Solution for over 3 years and we decided to go with another company because we got better deal. We mailed them our request but no response and then we faxed them no response.They said we had to phone. When we phoned them they said they charging us a fee of $300 for cancelling the account. Their was no such fees we were aware of and they were so unprofessional and wasted so much time when were sending them mails and faxes.<br /> If someone is deciding to go with them please be careful as they misrepresent themselves and are very unprofessional.I think they are just pissed because we were cancelling the account. read full review »
