Just like the complaint below, I have orered a card for a birthday 15 days prior to the date and never received it. Don't believe the generic reply Kodak send that they sent another one and the postal service lost it. They must be trained to send such a lame response. They didn't send it and it was not lost by the postal delivery. Futureshop mentioned that there has been a management change and there is a huge backlog. They keep sending notification and update the order history page that the shipment was made when it hasn't... read full review »
