I bought some furniture from Bad Boy Scarborough branch on 2007 worth about $2, 000 and had no problems. I came back the following year for a $600 couch with no problems also. But on October 2009, when I bought some furniture worth abot $5, 000 their service became so terrible that it is not worth it going back to them anymore. There was spring box backorder and I called the Scarborough branch that out of the so many furniture, they forgot the box spring.
