We have received numerous letters from IMS informing us that we have won amounts of money and that we have to just pay a nominal fee for handling or administration purposes. First it was R50 000 (even requested a foto), then R20 000 (again a foto), then a Panasonic 42" Plasma Screen Colour TV.
