I had a problem when arriving in Toronto in October: I booked a hotel (Clarion Hotel) in Toronto for seven days, the hotel was ok for the price, but the reservation I had made and paid before using my Visa credit card was "canceled". I paid it again and I'm trying to recover the money but according to my bank (Banco do Brasil) they think I'll have to file a suit to recover the money. I wonder also, how come the site is still working after all those complaints and how Visa has not taken any measures against this company which is using its banner.
