My main complaint with this whole Emerald Card Offer is the fact that they are not very clear about who qualifies for this offer. I was told, after sitting for an hour past my appt. time, filling out all the paperwork, listining to how great this is going to be, only to be denied. The reason, because I did not have a"relationship" with H&R.
