I have been contacted by phone about a promotion. A cell phone was delivered to me. I do not want it and started phoning them to collect the thing as their contract said they would do at a charge of R250. That was 17 October 2009 now is the 17th of December 2009 and one debit order later that they have not responded even though I contact them weekly. A call center supervisor promised that it would be collected last week monday. It has not been done. Phoning now I was told to please hold the line and noone comes back to me.
