Talk about poor quality! The 2 boxed sets I ordered for Christmas presents are horrendous. Neither one can be watched for longer than one minute before the audio skips and the video blurs and stops. I have tried to reach their customer service directly through their website and by e-mailing [email protected]. No responses have been received. I did, however, just receive an e-mail from them trying to sell me new additions to their offerings!
