Telstra wireless internet

We were unable to get ADSL 1 or ADSL 2 in our area so the telstra rep sold us on the wireless package which offeres us a minimun speeed of 8000mps, however after recieving the product and installing it we found that we were lucky to get even 0.2mps what a absolut joke and after talking to the representatives at telstra they told us that we were never able to get those speeds in our area, soo why did this person sell us a product that we could not get. To all Australians done by this scam this is what you should do. Call the 1800 267 164 number now, IT WORKS I GOT THROUGH THIS MORNING ask to cancel order and get a refund, but make sure you cancel all products like dazzle smile and the tray that im sure everyone got charged for but did not order. however they say that you need to call again to cancel the second order because they can only deal with one thing per phone call which is *** because its all got to be on one data base.
