contacted this company via internet advertizing: specifically asked if we sold the vehicle on our own would be be refunded? where told after 90 days we would recieve our $200 with a notarized statement, in which we provided, it has been 3 mos since. They were able to take our $200 immediately from acct, however we have been told (in Sept) we would recieve our refund in 2 weeks. then in Oct, told it would take 10 business days, in Nov. we were continously transferred and after 4 calls to them told our money would be refunded in 24 hours.
