SONY DVD RW, i purchased it in april in Hyderabad, MODEL NO- AD - 7220S. it is having warranty period, Now it is not opening (power indicator not blowing). Then I went dealer shops to ask about the services of sony, they gave sony servicing address across HYDERABAD city(BEGUMPET, BOWENPALLY, ABID). When I went there, Simply they are saying for system DVD WRITER, we are not giving service. If service are not giving, why they are giving warranty. Pls help me in this issue.
