I April 2009 I went with my sister to the new id studios in Wimbledon for a makeover and photoshoot experience. We purchase different photos which should have been sent to me by post in August. To today's date I have not received anything. If you call their Customer Service number 08708701299 they treat you like s... and the only thing they say is that Emily Dunconde or Saika Zafar are on the phone and will call you back, but they never do!!
