Bought a Dell desktop computer in May had 2 problems with this. Found out Dell Does Not offer any warranity with this since it was bought at Best Buy. Could not get any tech support until we purchased approx. $200.00 of in home extended warranity. Geek Squad were "not allowed" to discuss anything over the phone with the cheaper extended warranity. Best Buy did not advise us there would not be any warranity from Dell. Found out the hard way..do not make the same mistake. read full review »
