I bought Navman S 45 GOS from Harvey Norman on 2nd of May 2009. Some functions were not working when we used it 2 days after. We took it back to Harvey Norman and spoke to CSR. He suggested reinstalling software on the device. This did not work. We took it back and it was replaced. New device had the same issue. We took it back. CSR told us that it was replaced & they can not help further. We contacted Navman at least 6 times and we sent this device twice but the problem was not fixed.
