The Samsung reclaim is a relatively new offering from Samsung. My wife likes the phone just fine, but Samsung doesn't support connecting the phone to Windows 7, a product which came out less than 3 months after the release of the phone. If we didn't have a 32 bit PC in the house she would be SOL. read full review »
