I booked one way ticket from Chennai to USA, it costed me around Rs.32000, Yatra did debit my amount from ICICI payment gateway and stupid site did went through and booking was not done. They didn't even tell me that and they said I will get my tickets on my email and days nearby to departure, they finally said booking was not done and it got cancelled. I have to spend another Rs 32000 and booked myself in Qata airways. Till date they didn't refund my money.
