I'm not sure why I still am a customer of cell c. I lost my phone 3 weeks ago. I reported it promptly. I've had very little communication from Cell C. I've also had to re-submit my insurance claims many times. This was no fault of mine. Cell C did not inform me (on the initial phonecall reporting the incident) of what documentation I needed.
