I, a senior citizen have applied for a reissue of a Passport in the first week of May 2010 personally. The status board on the internet shows that "your police verification report has not been received. Application is in process". Till date no police verification has taken place as the Police Dept has not received any request from the RPO at all, as per the police dept.
