i bought some christmas name tags, store ad says 50% off, except gift wrapping paper, and bowes. when i ask for the 50% off was told by manger that the name tags did not qualifity for the discount.i told him thats not what the ad says and he said he would not give me the discount. the tags cost $1.99 so that mean i would pay .99 for them but had to pay full price$1.99. what kine of place is this, this is the forth time i have been in k-mart since i have moved to guam in 2 yrs, and every time they do not give what they say in the ad. thi... read full review »
