i was in asda bridgwater with my wife, we queued for grocery, and purchased a phone and two computer games. we was sent to customer services where my wife queued for another half hour. they charged for products that we had purchased and didnt offer a bag to carry them in.I asked the lady behind the counter for a carrier and she was so rude telling me they didnt have any bags, i asked again and the lady said they are 5p each (although she said they never had any), i offered payment to which the lady told me to shut up i was absoulutly stunned at her attitude. i except that they are busy at this time of year but manners cost nothing at all. read full review »
