These people are liars and scam artist. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they sent the nicest email stating they gave a full refund (over $1, 000) and that they are an 'upstanding business' and work to do the right thing. Lie after lie. Not a penny in refunds and I have returned 7 bags of coffee. We had to close our account and open a new one because of these people.
