Dazzle Smile conned me too. They are the same company as Premium White, which at this moment, advertises on this web site. Shame on Complaints Board for accepting an ad from an Internet scam company. The company operates out of Cypress (the country) and uses a lot of different names as the current name gets a bad reputation.
