what appeared to be a $35.00 charge for 3 years of downloads was actually $78.72. In addition to that, the computer I used is at work which prohibits downloads and therefore the service is useless to me. I didn't realize this until after providing my credit card info. Now, there's no phone# or way to contact them!!! I want to cancel ASAP but how????? read full review »
