i went down to have my meal at kfc teluk intan today and very very dissappointed with the service given by staff and managers. I was there at 11.45 am to have zinger meal set and to my suprise, only 1 counter were opened! There are 6 counters available but only 1 counter in used! What the hell is hapening. I saw 2 useless managers, one of them wearing name tag with ZANA, i guess cause they are wearing neck tie with different colour uniform.
