This company that offered savings, competitive rates and price protection insurance, not only has hidden fees forced upon us, they have have renewed a contract for our Hydro - without a signature and permission! We recently moved within our city and were told upon signing that would end the contract with them. Not only did they fraudulently obtain our new account number from Brantford Power, they continued the contract!
