Yuk Communications is the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered their home phone service on july 18 and canceled on july 28 because they did not send any technician after asking for one 3 times! Then the bills started pouring in monthly for a service that was not functional and i called them after every bill to remind them that i canceled the service. Spoke to a whole bunch of people who always said the same thing, don't worry we will take care of it. That is until i received a letter from their collection... read full review »
