I purchased Norton Anti virus softwear for $200.00 instead of using AGV (free) thinking I would be more secure. As it turns out I have been hacked and have a virus even though I run a weekly full scan and it is said to update it daily. When I called in for support it was very challenging because support head office is in Inda. I could not understand the mans accent and he spoke very quickly which didn't help.
