I have a Maytag Washer and last year it began leaving bleach stains on my color clothes. Sears Service determined that the dispenser needed to be replaced and the part was ordered. A month later the part arrived and it was the wrong part so a new one was ordered which arrived a month later. Now a year later the same thing has happened and again the service man ordered a new dispenser which I am waiting for since Nov 09, 2009.
