Poor installation of windows and lousy customer service. Typical story of once you pay, you never hear from the sales person again. After purchasing installation of new windows in 2008, I called company for repair of defective parts. After waiting more than five months, company continually refuses to honour their warranty. Contacted Better Business Bureau, but company refuses to acknowledge responsibility. Company is rude, insulting, and dishonest. read full review »
