On 15/12/2009 I ordered a DJ Hercules MP3 mixer for my son for Christmas. On checking the website, it stated the article was dispatched on 16/12/2009, delivery mode DHL Global Mail 5 days. On 23/12/2009 the item had not arrived. I rang the 0844 number on the website and after waiting for 20 minutes on hold (at international call rates) was told that it would actually be 7 working days, which should be 24/12/2009 but that the item wasn't trackable because it had no number.
